Adam H. Phillips joins Entrenuity’s full-time team as Chief of Staff, serving in the role of strategic counsel and advisor to President, L. Brian Jenkins. Adam will oversee day-to-day operations and provide leadership to support staff across Entrenuity’s multiple brands, freeing Brian to focus his attention on growth initiatives.
Adam Phillips is an advocate, innovator, developer, content-creator, and change-manager. He’s an experienced leader and writer with the ability to explain complex topics to wide audiences. He has a B.A. in Psychology from Wheaton College, an M.A. in American History from George Mason University and a Doctor of Law from George Mason University.
Adam is excited about the opportunity to be involved in an ownership culture via Entrenuity and helping to provide that opportunity for other people. Entrenuity offers a huge chance to grow opportunities for others and Adam is excited about spending his day to day energy engaged in those opportunities--multiplying good things for other people and creating/developing systems that expand those opportunities.
