For EAC member Dr. Vachetta Dillard, wellness isn’t just a service — it’s a mission rooted in balance, education, and community. As a Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine, licensed massage therapist, board-certified herbalist, and yoga instructor, she’s dedicated her career to helping others heal naturally and holistically.
Through her business, the Vibrational Acupuncture and Healing Center, Dr. Dillard combines acupuncture, massage therapy, yoga, herbal medicine, and health coaching to treat the whole person. Her goal is to create a space where individuals can experience mind-body restoration, learn about their body’s innate healing ability, and gain knowledge in all aspects of wellness — including business and financial literacy.
“I wanted to create a space that cultivates community, where people can come to fellowship, learn, and grow — not just in health and wellness, but in life,” she shares. Through monthly Power Hour sessions, she features local entrepreneurs and professionals who pour into others through business education and personal development.
Finding Clarity and Confidence Through EAC
Dr. Dillard says her journey with the Entrenuity Accelerator Cohort (EAC) has been transformative — both personally and professionally.
“Being a part of EAC has allowed me to identify my audience, understand my competitors, and truly recognize the unique skill set I bring to the treatment room,” she explains. “It’s also given me the opportunity to see other Black and Brown entrepreneurs thriving — and that’s motivated me to keep building and growing.”
Before joining EAC, Dr. Dillard measured success primarily by income. Now, she’s proud to say she can confidently present a full profit and loss statement to lenders and track expenses in detail. “Being able to show my numbers and understand what it truly costs to deliver each service — that was huge for me,” she says.
Looking Ahead: Expansion and Empowerment
Dr. Dillard is currently working toward opening a brick-and-mortar location to expand her services and impact more lives. With EAC’s continued support — from financial guidance and funding resources to networking opportunities — she’s preparing her business for sustainable growth.
“EAC has helped me understand where I stand financially, refine my marketing strategy, and connect with other like-minded business owners. It’s created a community that supports not just business growth, but personal growth, too.”
