StartingUp Now Exposure: high energy, group-based learning with a Certified SUN Facilitator designed for 30+ people.

The Exposure training facilitated by Brian Jenkins at Living Redemption Ministries in New York City was a great success. Participants learned crucial steps to starting a business, while hearing real-life examples of how others turned their ideas and dreams into reality. Using a business simulation game, Brian was able to teach the team and participants multiple business concepts in a fun and interactive way. One participant said, *"This game not only opened my eyes to all of the possibilities and opportunities of opening a business, but it also shed light onto the roadblocks that can occur when launching your own business,"* and referred to it as a *"wonderfully innovative tool."*

During the second phase of the training, the group was divided into teams to brainstorm ideas about a new business venture. Teams used the Problem, Solution, Action model to create a business idea and presented it to the entire group using the 60 second elevator speech. The full group was a mixed age group and it was so exciting to see adults working alongside younger adults learning and creating together.
