Entrenuity provides direct entrepreneurial training services to community based organizations, after-school programs, and in-school programs throughout the year through one of our program models below: Creating True Wealth Business Ventures--Our goal is for students to understand business fundamentals, integrate Christian principles in business operations, create a business plan and start an operational business. Business Development Services-- Entrenuity will provide on-going business consultation with operational student businesses. These services consist of facilitating small group meetings reviewing and analyzing the business plan, operational plans, sales, expenses, marketing and advertising, and charitable contributions. An Entrenuity instructor is assigned to work as a consultant for each of the student businesses. They will provide an assessment of the current status of the business and help the students create an operational plan with realistic expectations. The consultant will also help the students create internal controls through policies and procedures. Entrenuity Asset Builders--Entrenuity desires to provide financial literacy and asset development training. Entrepreneurship training coupled with financial management training provides the students with an opportunity to both create and manage wealth effectively and at an early age. Thereby, proactively developing positive skills and practices necessary to grow and develop assets is a vital and must be rehearsed throughout their lives. Entrenuity Explorers--In order to assist students who have been exposed to entrepreneurship instruction and are not associated with the current student businesses, Entrenuity provides support for these students to start and operate a business. Entrenuity will assess students to determine their skill level and provide refresher training where needed. We will actively seek to engage their immediate business desires with business planning tools resulting in an operational business as soon as possible. The business operations will serve as the “learning lab” to provide the hands-operational training needed Entrenuity Summer Business Camps--Entrenuity parnters with colleges and universities to provide a one week business planning fundamentals course for high school students. Students are divided into teams and apply their newly learned business planning skills to help an existing business improve its operation. Students present their business plan to judges who evaluate the business plan. Entrenuity Summer Business Camps are fun and exciting experience and give the youth an opportunity to learn more about the hosting college/university as a potential choice for their secondary education. Wheaton College hosted the first ever Entrenuity Summer Buisness Camp in 2005.
